Red plum, raspberry, and black cherries, with black pepper, hibiscus flower. Medium acidity is balanced with wild blueberries and subtle vanilla toast.
Crushed violets, ripe plum, and blackberry preserves are accented by black pepper, fresh herbs, and a plush mouthfeel with dark chocolate-covered blueberry notes and a long, lingering finish.
Aromas of dried rose petals, clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon, ripe bing cherry compote, and cranberry. On the palate, warm vanilla, rhubarb, and anise.
This delicious blend showcases the best of the terroir we are blessed to have in the Santa Ynez Valley. The wine opens with rich, opulent fruit from the Merlot and Malbec components. Black Cherry, black raspberry, ripe plum, jasmine and oak dust dance in the nose. The Syrah provides accents of leather and grilled meat and the palate is round, full and fruit-driven. The wine finishes long, showcasing the ripe tannins the Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon presented at harvest. This wine is ready to drink now, but will improve with age over the next 3-5 years.
Milestone is a Right-Bank inspired blend, and draws on the 5 principal wine grapes used in classic Bordeaux wine production. This wine shows resinous and wild sage aromas in the nose, combined with black currant, plum, oak toast, vanilla and graphite. Bright fruit on the palate is framed by sturdy tannins and oak toast. This wine is ready to drink now, but will improve with age over the next 3-5 years.
This Estate Cabernet Sauvignon displays aromas of licorice, black currant, and lingonberry, with warm vanilla toast, soft herbs, and baking spices. Medium plus acidity is married with medium soft tannins, with dried rose petals and cedar. We recommend cellaring from 5-10 years.
This Cabernet Franc displays aromas of wild blackberry, red and green peppers, and pine forest floor which lead to crushed pea pods, wet sidewalk which give way to sour cherries, bright cranberries, blueberries finished by pink lady apples, dried dill, sweet tobacco and mild finish. A glossy mouthfeel is framed by medium acidity and moderate tannins. We recommend cellaring from 3-5 year

Our Estate Grand Reserve is our most coveted release of the year! This 2015 vintage has rich black and blue fruits, fresh blackberries, black cherries, currants, and stewed plums. Cocoa and baking spices are framed with licorice, violets, and enjoyable tannins.
Due to the limited yields in to 2015, we were only able to bottle less then 80 cases- so this is an extremely limited release!
This Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir displays aromas of ripe raspberries and under ripe cherries, green tea with a bold toasty finish. Pomegranates on the palate, give way to raspberries and plums followed by dried herbs with bright acidity and medium/heavy oak tannins. We recommend enjoying now through 2021.
This Central Coast Syrah displays aromas of blackberries, dried rose petals, clove, white pepper with hints of dark chocolate and dried tobacco leaves which are accented by dark fruits, blueberries, black licorice, brown sugar and slowly finishes with dried plums, earth, coffee and mild oak. This Syrah has medium tannins and nice acidity. We recommend cellaring from 3-5 years.
