Kiwi, lemongrass and lime zest are encompassed by lanolin, mild French oak and flint. These aromas are accented by citrus flavors such asgrapefruit and lemon with a long finish. This wine's medium body is balanced by medium to high acidity. We recommend cellaring the 2016 Soleil Blanc for 6 months to 3 years.
