Fresh plum, black and blueberries, and wild raspberries with a touch of smoke on the nose. The Syrah provides a touch of black pepper, leather, and smoked meat. The wine finishes long and has accents of dried violets, French oak, and medium + acidity to balance the rich fruit flavors.
Fresh black cherries and blueberries dominate the vibrant nose, accented with subtle hints of white pepper and spice. On the palate this youthful wine has firm tannins balanced by its acidity and bold fruit character. Ripe cherry, rhubarb and plums give way to underlying vanilla notes to achieve a satisfying finish.
Granny Smith Apples, lemon curd, pineapple, and warm vanilla leap out of the glass. The palate is full bodied with sweet citrus notes, butterscotch, green melon, and light oak toast. Glossy mouthfeel and a long lingering finish make this Chardonnay incredibly elegant and well balanced.
Grapes for the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon come from the two-acre vineyard block behind the winery. This low-yielding vineyard produces high quality, highly concentrated fruit that resulted ina wine with plentiful red fruit notes and spice.
White pepper, strawberry and cigar ash jump out of the glass. The garnet color belies the delicacy of this Rhône grape variety. On the palate, freshness, rhubarb and strawberry notes mingle with white pepper and asian spice in this classically proportioned Grenache wine. Lingering fruit and acid on the palate beckon for another sip.
The 2017 Sauvignon Blanc displays aromas of fresh pineapple, lime, gooseberry, fresh cut grass, and guava with subtle hints of flintiness which are accented by kiwi and nectarine. Bright acidity is complimented by a medium viscosity and finishes with apricots and white peaches.

Oak toast, meat & spice, bacon, pastrami, black pepper, blueberries, cherry, maple and Applewood smoke on the nose. Ripe red plum, blueberry fruited on the palate married with oak toast, bacon fat, and silk. You can’t mistake this as Syrah, and the reason why this variety is so intriguing.
100% Viognier, Santa Ynez Valley
Vanilla, cotton candy, honeysuckle, white peach and pear aromas dominate on the nose. This wine is crisp and vibrant on the palate. Round mouthfeel finishes with bitter pith and stone fruit notes lingering on the palate.
Red plum, raspberry, and black cherries, with black pepper, hibiscus flower. Medium acidity is balanced with wild blueberries and subtle vanilla toast.
This Estate Cabernet Sauvignon displays aromas of licorice, black currant, and lingonberry, with warm vanilla toast, soft herbs, and baking spices. Medium plus acidity is married with medium soft tannins, with dried rose petals and cedar. We recommend cellaring from 5-10 years.
