This Estate Cabernet Sauvignon displays aromas of licorice, black currant, and lingonberry, with warm vanilla toast, soft herbs, and baking spices. Medium plus acidity is married with medium soft tannins, with dried rose petals and cedar. We recommend cellaring from 5-10 years.

Our Estate Grand Reserve is our most coveted release of the year! This 2015 vintage has rich black and blue fruits, fresh blackberries, black cherries, currants, and stewed plums. Cocoa and baking spices are framed with licorice, violets, and enjoyable tannins.
Due to the limited yields in to 2015, we were only able to bottle less then 80 cases- so this is an extremely limited release!
Bramble berries, blueberries, underripe cherries and dark plums are accented by cinnamon, brown sugar and white pepper, followed by subtle bay leaf, thyme, cayenne pepper, and a long finish of toasty French oak vanillin. This wine's medium-full bodied, rich mouthfeel is framed by fresh acidity and moderate tannins.
Our first-ever Estate Mourvedre has a distinctive nose of fresh-cut violets, dried strawberries, blackberry jam, and nutmeg. The palate is complex with tart strawberry, white pepper and bittersweet baking chocolate, accompanied by black licorice and rhubarb notes and chalky tannins that lead to a pleasurable, extended finish.
