100% Sauvignon Blanc


The 2017 Sauvignon Blanc displays aromas of fresh pineapple, lime, gooseberry, fresh cut grass, and guava with subtle hints of flintiness which are accented by kiwi and nectarine.  Bright acidity is complimented by a medium viscosity and finishes with apricots and white peaches.


Grapes for the 2017 Sauvignon Blanc come from across the Santa Barbara County. Upon receiving the fruit, the juice was gently pressed off the skins and left to ferment at 55 degrees in stainless steel tanks before transferred to neutral French oak puncheons.  The wine was blended to taste and bottled in February 2018.


Sauvignon Blanc tends to pair nicely with a beautiful salad with goat cheese, candied walnuts, and citrus vinaigrette.  Also a wonderful accompaniment for poached fish with lemon beurre blanc or pan seared halibut with cilantro pesto.


Drink young.  Enjoy until 2020.
